What you buy

A one-time purchase unlocks file export and Notion export for the ChatKit account signed in at purchase. The price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown in the Checkout total before payment. Access is activated after payment is confirmed and requires signing in to that account. Contact us below if activation or sign-in fails.

Access and maintenance

The export access listed at purchase has no expiry date, subscription, or automatic renewal. While the product is maintained, bug, security, and compatibility fixes and improvements to existing export formats, performance, and usability are included. Future standalone paid features are excluded. Fixes required to keep purchased features working will not be sold separately. Access without an expiry date does not mean the product will operate forever; the safeguards below apply if maintenance or operation ends.

Free features and trial

Navigation, history reading, selection, copy, and settings remain free. First-time sign-up includes a 7-day export trial with no card required and no automatic charge. After the trial, further exports require a purchase; free features remain available.

Third-party dependencies

ChatKit enhances the ChatGPT and Gemini websites and does not include paid subscriptions to those platforms or Notion. Notion export requires a connected Notion account and permission to the destination. Browser and third-party changes may affect functionality. We will make reasonable recovery efforts; unresolved failures are handled according to their impact, our refund policy, and applicable law.

14-day full refund

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Using export or having a prior trial does not affect eligibility. Email uujx.work@gmail.com with your purchase email, date, and receipt or payment reference. We refund the amount paid through Stripe to the original payment method, without deducting fees, no later than 14 days after receiving a valid request. Bank processing may take additional time. After a successful refund, access from that purchase is revoked; your free account, downloaded files, and existing Notion pages are not deleted.

Maintenance stop or shutdown

If we voluntarily stop compatibility maintenance or shut down the product, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and stop new sales. If shutdown makes purchased core export functionality unavailable, purchasers within the previous 12 months, assessed on the date functionality becomes unavailable, receive a full refund. Earlier purchases are handled based on impact, original commitments, and applicable law. The 12-month threshold is not an expiry date for access or maintenance.

These terms do not exclude more favourable consumer rights under applicable law.
